Festive Family Crafts
Christmas is just around the corner and we had an amazing time at the Light Up Brentwood event but the fun doesn’t stop there! Please join us on Saturday 14th December 11am – 4pm for some festive family crafts. Get creative making reindeer food and festive wreaths to take home, or have a special elf makeover! Festive Fun Day – Saturday 30th November
Christmas is fast approaching, why not get into the festive spirit and join us at The Baytree Centre on Saturday 30th November 12-6pm for a day of fun! Our Light up Brentwood event is in partnership with Brentwood Council. We’ve got stilt walkers that are way above the rest, Christmas flower girls, Jugglers, a Giant Gorilla and don’t forget to look out for our Grinch impersonator! And there is more… Thanks to the Rotary Club, we’ve got a great Christmas Santa’s Grotto happening in one of our empty retail units throughout the month. This is a 20 hour per week role based in our Brentwood store.
You’ll typically work 4 shifts per week between 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Saturday or 10am – 4pm on Sunday. Shifts are rotational and are allocated with 4 weeks notice, in line with your availability and the needs of the store. What makes this role unique?
Working as part of an award winning Retail team consisting of other Customer Advisors and Assistant Managers, you will report to a Store Manager. As the face of our company brand, you will play a huge part in how we deliver against our customer- focused goals.
You will be accountable for achieving personal and store KPIs and responsible for driving customer experience by engaging in relevant and engaging conversations with your customers. You will have the opportunity to develop and show your drive and determination to succeed in an environment that will support and prepare you for the next level of your career.
You will be required to work evenings and weekends depending on the store’s hours of operation and you may be asked to support other store teams in your area as and when needed.

Support Patricia as she Braves the Shave
We’re so excited to be supporting Pat in her Brave the Shave initiative. Taking place on 14 September at Baytree Pat will be shaving her head in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support. Pat is braving the shave for her friend’s 8-year-old daughter Lyrah who has terminal stage 4 brain stem cancer ( DIPG ).
