In this summertime fiction story, we follow Harriet and Wyn: a ‘perfect couple’ who are trying to hide their recent breakup from friends on their last holiday. This book is described as having ‘authentically drawn characters and heart-wrenching entanglements.’ This book definitely has a plot to keep you hooked all summer! ☀🌸

Now, if sci-fi novels are for you and you enjoyed the release of the Dune 2 movie earlier this year – why not read the book too? Dune follows life on a fictional planet where colonies across space fight for the land and resources with futuristic technology. Our Olympic/Paralympic exhibition is now open! 🎉🎉
Across the past couple of weeks, we have been challenging local schools to design their very own Olympic/sports stadium for the chance to win £1,000 for their school! ✨
After receiving a range of fantastic entries, and much deliberation from the judges, our winner is Ava Austin, a year 5 pupil from Hutton All Saints Primary School, who created an incredible entry and is a very deserving winner. 🏆
Ava was presented with her prize today alongside her school principal, Mrs Manookian and Mayor Councillor Mark Haigh. ✨
In celebration of the Olympics/Paralympics, our gallery, filled with all the amazing entries, is now open for the public to view here at The Baytree!
